Can you believe it: The Baseball Bookshelf turns 20 this year!
That’s not totally accurate because there were a couple of iterations of this blog before it took its current name and form so I’m guessing the age is closer to 25.
In any case, I’ve decided it might be fun to look back at some of the items that have appeared on these virtual pages. One of the oldest is my review of The Big R: An Internal Auditing Action Adventure, by D. Larry Crumbley, Douglass E. Ziegenfuss and John J. O’Shaunessy, originally published in 2008 and still available in various formats.
I compared this novel to Plan 9 from Outer Space, considered by many to be one of, if not the, worst movies of all time. Mean? Perhaps. But you read it and tell me where I was wrong.
