Cheated: The Inside Story of the Astros Scandal and a Colorful History of Sign Stealing (Doubleday) by Andy Martino finished in a tie for third place with Our Team; The Epic Story of Four Men and the World Series that Changed Baseball (Luke Eppling and Flatiron Books).

The presentation ceremony for the award will be held in early March in Cincinnati. Visit Spitball‘s website for more details. Here’s more information about the Casey Award, including previous winners.
