CostasRon3What kind of a world are we living in where my BFF Bob Costas gets a mulligan after a botched ceremonial first pitch? It seems rank has its privileges.

You know his coworkers at the MLB Network will be getting a bit of mileage out of this.

And it’s not like it was even that outrageous. At least not when compared with some other celebrity attempts. In fact, I wonder if this was done on purpose. You get more attention for screwing up than doing well it seems. There was some speculation that 50 Cent’s toss at a Mets game was calculated, reaping a bit more buzz just in time for his new album release. Just sayin’. (How long before Mo’ne Davis gets her chance?)

Not to be braggin’ or anything, but I got it right the first time.

So ultimately, my review of his performance:
