bbiconJohn Feinstein, author of Where Nobody Knows Your Name: Life In the Minor Leagues of Baseball will be making the rounds on the various sports-talk radio and other shows. Here he is on Only a Game and on CBS’ Dallas-Ft. Worth affiliate. I know this will sound like sour grapes, but prolific guys like Feinstein (and King, and Grisham) don’t need the extra coverage. It’s a case of the rich getting richer (although very few get rich off writing, it seems).

bbiconSpeaking of Canada, the North Shore News of Vancouver, British Columbia, published this review of Winning Fantasy Baseball: Secret Strategies of a Nine-Time National Champion.

bbiconI think the only thing that would make Marlins’ (and Expos) fans happier than this would be if it had happened to Jeff Loria booted out of baseball instead of David Samson being kicked of the island.
