In an effort to cull out the weighty tomes that threaten to cave in our attic floor, my wife is giving me a Kindle for Hanukka with the hope that any new book I acquire will be in that format.
I have long been opposed to e-books for aesthetic reasons. I like the tactile “interaction,” turning the page and, yes, in some cases for very old volumes, enjoying the earthy smell. But I also see the upside of being able to have several books in one slim location rather than shlepping them on vacation. To be honest, Dennis, I do not know about a e-form. I imagine it will be, considering it’s not due to hit the bookstores until 2013. Nor am I certain of when it will be available for review. But I’ll be updating the blog with the production schedule as I get it. Thanks.
