To Rollie Fingers, who turns 64 today.

In addition, new author and ESPN BBTN analyst Doug Glanville has another reason to celebrate, as he turns 40. Glanville published one of the better player-written books in The Game from Where I Stand: A Ballplayer’s Inside View. I did an interview with him earlier this year, which was the basis of the first Bookshelf podcast.
