Came across this piece via Bleacher Report.

I feel sorry for this gentleman for the pain he suffered, both physical and emotional, but why do people wait so long before they sue? Did anyone out there ever see The Fortune Cookie? There you go.

Besides, isn’t there a disclaimer on the back of the tickets saying that the team isn’t liable for accidents occurring as a result of such incidents? Then again, perhaps with those stupid e-tickets, such language is omitted and therefore a patron can sue?
