The final edits of my new book are due on Friday. I also have to work on a two-minute pitch for the Jewish Book Council which will hopefully generate interest for author appearances at JCCs, synagogues, libraries. etc.

Then I have two speaking engagements coming up for the next two weekends, one primarily for kids, the other for adults (so it’s not like I can recycle the same presentation. Or can I? Hmmm).

Then there’s the multi-baseball title review for Bookreporter.com coming up next week. Finishing up Steve Kettmann’s bio on Mets’ GM Sandy Alderson for that right now, prior to my interview with the author for a Bookshelf Conversation..

Full disclosure: I’ve been corresponding with Hoffarth for several years and he generously shares links to this here blog for the “more to know” portion of a few of the posts. He also featured 501 Baseball Books as one of his selections when it came out in 2013. Twice, in fact.
