  • Omar Vizquel demonstrates the art of bouncing “a baseball off your glove into your throwing hand.” Maybe I’m not getting it, but it doesn’t seem that difficult. Not like Nick Markakis balancing “a baseball, a folding chair or an appliance on your chin.” I’ll have to try the bounce thing at my softball game tonight. If you don’t see any posts tomorrow, you’ll know it didn’t work for me.
