Another reason I feel justified in being a vegetarian

WTF is up with that new and very creepy KFC commercial starring the resurrected Col. Sanders?

“…Because if there’s two things I’m certain of, it’s that baseball will always be America’s number one sport, free from corruption, scandal, and cheating of any kind. And two, the summer meal featuring my Kentucky Fried Chicken tastes better than a no-hitter.”

What the hell does a no-hitter taste like? Maybe the late Dock Ellis cold have opined on this since he historically pitched his under the influence of LSD; maybe he could taste it.

Did the writers of this caca know anything about baseball? Are they trying to be ironic? And if so, does that mean the summer meals also have a lot of faults?

I posted this on Facebook earlier today and a few commenters love the spot. They argue that the purpose of advertising is to get people emotional about the product/company.

Does that still count if that emotion is ridicule or revulsion?
