Kindle you believe it?

February 26, 2008

Amazon recently released it’s new e-book reader, the Kindle. Like many in this technology, it offers the ability to store numerous books on a unit the size of a medium hardcover. It also seems to be easier to load, not even requiring a computer connection. It is pricey though, so if anyone from Amazon is reading this and is looking for someone to review the device…

Anyway…

This item notes three “neoclassic” baseball titles available for Kindle-ation: Michael Lewi’s Moneyball: The Art of Winning an Unfair Game; Fantasyland, by Sam Walker; and Baseball Between the Numbers, by Baseball Prospectus. Each sells for less than $8, but they ought to, since the kindle goes for close to $400.
