And Reisler is no rookie writer, but I guess it depends on the publisher and the resources they're will to put into the projects. And the publication date -- 2006 -- seems to predate the ebook revolution which sent traditional print books into a downward trend, with consequent downsizing.

Of course, I still say the most egregious sin was attributing a quote at the opening ceremony of the Hall to someone who had been dead for more than decade.

I can't imagine this book could have had an editor. There are more typos and mistakes than seems possible, unless this book went directly from the author to the printed page without going through an editors hands!
